辞旧迎新

摘下旧年历
　　撕下几片春夏秋冬
　　
　　别问   过去
　　别碰   心伤
　　别猜   明天的去向
　　
　　没有同样的年轮可以重叠
　　把过去的日子拷入记忆的软盘  
　　
　　在新的日历上
　　把亲情 爱情 友情标记
　　提醒自己做好该做的每件事
　　
　　于是呀
　　我化作一条清新的小溪
　　汇入了新一年的生命之河
　　不苛求  气势磅礴
　　只在乎  川流不息

Out the Old, In the New

TAKE Off the old calendar,

TEAR from it some pieces of spring, summer, autumn and winter,

ASK NOT about the past

TOUCH NOT the heart trauma

Nor GUESS the whereto of tomorrow

COPY the bygone days to the software of your memory

Since you’ve got no same growth rings to reduplicate.

MARK UP the birthdays of your family, your love, and your friends

On the new calendar

To remind yourself to do well what you should do.

So

I turn into a fresh stream

And run into the life river of the new year,

caring only about my never-ending flow

but not at all particular to full power and grandeur
