Is there love of this type?

Leaving you

变成你的左右手

And turning into a helpful helper

下雨前

To open for you, when the rain falls,

为你撑起一把伞

An umbrella.

Is there love of this sort?

Leaving you

让往日的誓言

And keeping you in the dark

通过别人来兑现

By cashing the pledge of yesterday

你却蒙在鼓里边

In the indirect way

有没有这样一种爱恋

Is there this type of affections?

忍辱负重吞下千恨万怨

And gulping down all complaints, and suffering all humiliations

In order that

有个更美好的明天

You may have greater expectations
